In need of a bomb cheese ball recipe for that next get together? This is it, friend.

I first ate this cheese ball recipe as a child. Myself, myย sisterย and my brother along with our parents and all of their friends (and ours) have been big fans ever since.

Basically everyone that’s ever tried it.

When I told my sister I was going to make up a video to share with you on the Heart Hook Home Facebook page, she said I should just take a videoย of her –ย eating it all. LOL!

It’s THAT good.

The dried beef adds just the right amount of salty goodness, while the Worcestershire adds its own tang and then the cream cheese levels them both out. The green onion provides a crisp crunch and you just can’t say no.

Dried Beef Cheese Ball Bombย

(2) 8-oz pks of Cream Cheese
(1) bunch Green Onions (chopped)
(2) jars Dried Beef (like this, find it in the canned meat section)
(2) tbsp Worcestershire

Let the cream cheese soften, you want to it to be mixable. Meanwhile, chop your green onions and set aside. Prepare bothย jars ofย dried beef by rinsing with water and patting dry. Place between two sheets of paper towels and squeezeย all of the water out.

Cut dried beef into squares, portion half to put IN the cheese ball and half to COATย the cheese ball mixture.

In bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, green onions andย Worcestershire along withย the first half of your cut dried beef. Mix well. And then mixย some more.

Lay out the second half of your dried beef squares, making sure to separate the pieces so you have enough to coat the entire ball without doubling up. Using a large spoon, and while still in the bowl, gather your mixture into a ball.

Dump the ball (ish) glob onto the remaining dried beef, gently rolling/coating the cheese ball while forming into a more perfect ball.

When finished, place in refrigerator to harden, then enjoy!!

We really enjoy ours with the new Nabisco Good Thins (pictured) but it is also tasty with Keebler Club or Ritz crackers.
